TCS World 10k Finisher Tee

The TCS World 10k has unveiled the coveted finisher tee that will be awarded to the first 1000 finishers.

ASICS and Procam International, along with Olympic athlete and Arjuna Award winner, Jinson Johnson, today unveiled the official ‘Finisher’s Tee’ for the 12th edition of the world’s premier Tata Consultancy Services World 10K Bengaluru. The IAAF Gold Label Race which will be flagged off from the Sree Kanteerava Stadium on Sunday, 19th May 2019 – will see in action India’s best run alongside world-class athletes.

While unveiling the Finisher’s Tee, the Arjuna Award winner, Jinson Johnson said, “I have always loved the brand ASICS for its high-performance running shoes. It’s an absolute honour to unveil the Finisher’s Tee today, for one of the most globally acclaimed sporting events that put Bengaluru on the international racing calendar. I am really overwhelmed to be a part of the TCS World 10K which is also recognized for the phenomenal impact it creates in terms of social change. I am excited to witness ASICS partner with the TCS World 10K Bengaluru. ASICS helps every runner participating in the marathon have a comfortable and memorable run. As a middle-distance runner, I look forward to seeing the endurance and hard work each participant puts in for race day pay off.”

For the past 12 years, Bengaluru has played a proud host to the world’s premier 10K with over 25,000 participants across categories. The event has received international applause for its formidable elite field and mass participation. Apart from being a globally acclaimed sporting event, the TCS World 10K has created a phenomenal impact in terms of social change and established itself as the largest sporting charity platform in South India. Today, the event is a celebration of pride for its participants and viewers alike and has become a global showcase of the indomitable sporting spirit of Bengaluru.
